Questions we are asked before the second meeting
We already have a system. What does a migration involve?
We load your members, clubs, officials, tournaments and past results into a private staging environment so you can look at your own data in the platform before deciding anything. Ranking history gets the most care: past releases are brought across as they were published, so nobody's historic rank changes quietly.
Can our districts and clubs have their own logins and their own pages?
Yes. Each unit sees its own part of the federation and nothing above it, and can have its own section of the public site with its own news, officials and contacts. The number of levels and what you call them is yours to decide.
How does this work if our regional associations are separate legal entities?
Each runs separately, with its own data, its own money and its own secretary — which is how these bodies actually operate. They connect upward for identifiers, entries and results, so a request to the national body does not become an email attachment.
Do you handle payments and the split between district, region and national body?
Yes. Fees, entries, renewals and fines are collected through the gateway your region and your bank already use, in your own currency, and the share each level of the federation receives is set by you. Reconciliation is part of the platform rather than a spreadsheet afterwards.
Which languages are supported, and how good is the Arabic?
Ten at launch — Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese and Hindi — and more can be added. Arabic is a first-class path with its own typography and layout, tested on every change rather than mirrored and hoped for.
