Zeetius for Federations
Zet AI · Federation copilot

Ask your federation anything.

Zet AI sits inside Zeetius Federation and answers from your live records: which entries are still waiting, whose membership lapses before the championship, why a player is ranked where she is. Then it shows you how to do the next thing.

Zet AI is the AI copilot built into Zeetius Federation, the federation management platform from Zeetius. It answers questions from federation officers, district and club secretaries, technical officials, athletes and parents about their own federation’s live records — membership, competition entries, draws, rankings, officials and payments — limited to what each person’s role allows them to see, and explains how to get things done in the platform, in the language they ask in.

Ask once. Every role gets its own answer.

The same question, asked by the federation office, a district secretary, a club and a parent — each answer limited to what that person is allowed to see. Switch the role to watch it change.

Which entries for the State Open are still waiting?

42 entries for the State Open are waiting on an approval: 31 with district associations and 11 with the federation office. 9 of the 11 need an age check before Friday’s seeding deadline. Want them by district?

Two kinds of question

Two kinds of question. One place to ask.

Zet AI is not a general chatbot. It answers about your federation and about the platform itself, and politely declines everything else.

What is happening in my federation

Members, renewals, clubs, entries, draws, results, rankings, appointments, fees and collections — read live from your own federation through the same role-scoped access the platform already uses.

Built for every role

One copilot, scoped to every role in the federation

The same copilot answers differently depending on who is asking. Scope is decided by the platform before any record is read — never by the model.

Governance

Built for a registry full of minors

Most of a federation’s members are children, so Zet AI is held to the same rules as the rest of the platform: it reads only what the person asking may see, it cannot change a record, and every exchange is logged.

Zet AI answers under the same residency, consent and erasure rules as the rest of your federation’s records. How the platform handles your data

What happens to every question

  1. Screened

Injection attempts, secrets and off-topic requests are stopped before anything runs.

  2. Understood

The question is matched to a known intent, a season and a date range in your federation’s time zone.

  3. Authorised

Role, tier and permissions are checked before a single record is read.

  4. Read

Facts come through the platform’s own role-scoped queries. The model never writes its own database query.

  5. Protected

Minors’ personal data is handled under the consent and residency rules your federation already runs on.

  6. Written

The model turns the facts into a plain answer in the language you asked in.

  7. Verified

Every number in the answer must exist in the records, or you get the plain summary instead.

  8. Audited

Each exchange is logged with who asked and a hashed copy of the question, so the federation can see how it is used.

FAQ

Questions federations ask about Zet AI

What is Zet AI?

Zet AI is the AI copilot built into Zeetius Federation. It answers questions about your own federation’s live records — members, entries, draws, rankings, officials and payments — for each person within what their role allows, and explains how to do things in the platform.

Does the AI model see our whole database?

No. Zet AI reads only the records the person asking is allowed to see, through the platform’s own role-scoped queries, and the model receives just the facts needed for that one answer. Your data stays in your Zeetius Federation account, under the residency and privacy rules set out on the trust page.

Can Zet AI approve an entry or change a ranking?

No. It reads and explains; it does not approve, publish or edit anything. Approvals, ranking releases and appointments stay with the people who own them, and the platform’s audit trail records who did what.

Can one club see another club’s data?

No. A club secretary’s questions are answered from their own club and its players. A district association sees its own district, and only the federation office sees the whole federation.

Which languages does it answer in?

The languages of the platform’s interface, including Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. It answers in the language you ask in.

How do we get Zet AI for our federation?

Zet AI is part of Zeetius Federation. Book a demo and we will show it answering questions about a sample of your own records, and set out how it is included in your plan.

Bring us the season that went wrong.

The most useful first conversation is not a feature tour. Tell us about the registration deadline that collapsed, the ranking you could not defend, or the fees nobody can reconcile — and we will show you that part of the platform.

  • A reply within two working days From someone who has run a federation season, not a form-handling queue.
  • Your data, in the demo Send a spreadsheet of members or a past draw sheet and we will load it before we meet.
  • A migration plan, in writing What moves, what cannot, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
