The challenge
The challenge: three days' notice, nobody on site
It was the federation's first tournament with Zeetius. The request arrived three days before play began, too late for a conventional on-site deployment.
The tournament needed real-time scoring, live streaming, fast onboarding of officials and support throughout, and all of it had to be delivered online.
